Returns & Exchange Policy -
All items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please return your items with care and package them securely as received, with the garment bag included.
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must have all tags and hygiene labels attached and intact. All swimwear is checked thoroughly before sending to ensure there are no faulty pieces or damage. Please try on all products with underwear on, as we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, soiled, stained, washed or altered in any way.
Please be advised, we cannot return or exchange if one or any of the above is missing – This is due to hygiene reasons.
How to return or exchange your order -
- We offer free returns! Please email us at email@example.com and quote your order number with the reason for your return, from here we will guide you through the next steps.
- Re-pack the garment inside the original packaging following the return policy above.
- The return paperwork will be provided by us, you just need to drop it off at your local post office.
- We will aim to process your refund or exchange within 1-2 working days of receiving the parcel.
